Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f), Allahabad in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Inform debtors that they have an overdue bill and try to negotiate a payment
- Find consumers and businesses who have overdue bills
- Offer credit advice or refer a consumer to a debt counselor, when appropriate
- Track down consumers who have an out-of-date address by using the Internet, post office, credit bureaus, or neighbors
- Learn the reasons for the overdue bills, which can help with the negotiations
- Go over the terms of sale or contract with the debtor, when necessary
Your skills:
- Must have a professional personal presentation and professional manners
- Ability tomultitask in fast paced environment
- Must have impeccable attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and follow through
- Must be able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers and coworkers
